How to Contribute
Uploading Documents
You can upload scanned census records, birth certificates, death certificates, and other historical documents. Documents should be clear, legible scans in PDF or image format (JPG, PNG, TIFF).

Searching the Database
Use the Records page to search for family members by name, year, or location. You can filter results by record type to find specific documents like census records or certificates.

Connecting with Family
Browse the Family Directory to see other members and make connections. You can view family member profiles, see their contributions, and collaborate on research projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get access to the site?
Visit the homepage and click "Request an Invitation." Fill out the form with your name, email, and family connection. Our team will verify your information and send you an invitation code within 5-7 business days.
Can I upload photos?
Yes! You can upload family photos when submitting census records or other documents. Photos should be clear and preferably labeled with names and dates. We accept JPG, PNG, and TIFF formats.
What if I find a duplicate record?
Contact us through the Contact page to report duplicates. Our team will review and consolidate records as needed. Please note the names and dates of the records you believe are duplicates.
Can I edit or delete my submissions?
Once submitted, records are reviewed by our team before being added to the database. Contact us if you need to correct information in a submitted record. For privacy reasons, we don't allow public deletion of records.
Is my personal information private?
Yes. Your account information and contact details are kept private. Only family members with access to the site can view records. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how we protect your information.
How are documents organized?
Documents are organized by record type (census, certificates, photographs, etc.), family member name, and year. Use the Records page search feature to find what you're looking for quickly.
